- 667202 Pork Tenderloin Sliced into Medallions
- 100594 Yakisoba Noodles (2)
- 767316 Stir Fry Blend
- 219892 Bourbon Sauce
- Oilve Oil
Instructions
In 2 quart saucepan boil water, add Noodles, cook approx. 1 minute, Drain and set aside. Slice Pork Tenderloin into 1/2” thick medallions. Heat large skillet coated with pan spray on Medium High heat. Place Medallions in pan and cook 2 minutes on each side. When cooked set aside. In 2 quart saucepan boil water to heat Stir fry Blend. When heated through drain and add to noodles. Add a half cup of Bourbon Sauce to vegetables and stir well.
- On plate place a portion of Noodles and Vegetables.
- Then add 2-3 Medallions on each plate.
